Galen Emanuele of ShiftYes is guiding the organization through a months-long process to design and implement an exceptional organization culture. The Club has grown rapidly in the past decade, including through mergers with other organizations. Developing a shared set expectations and behaviors will boost performance, trust, retention, accountability, loyalty, and results– so the organization can better serve the children who need us most.
At a training on November 11, Emanuel led staff through a series of exercises with roots in improv comedy. Staff learned tips to increase communications skills, self awareness, emotional intelligence, and team dynamics to bring out the best in each other.
